Lorelle Molde, Founder of WINspire, worked in Project Management and Community Development within State Government for 10 years followed by small business ownership in auto electrical for 12 years. The WINspire Team, consisting of a strong volunteer team of 60, is a true testament of Lorelle’s ability to inspire through sharing a mutually beneficial vision.

Known as one with an unwavering focus who produces results, Lorelle has a heart and ability of combining practical solutions with a generous slant. Her introduction to community and volunteer work came at the age of 22 when contributing to local and statewide Domestic Violence Action Groups.

In the years that followed Lorelle became the driving force behind other community initiatives including ‘The Lookout Cafe’ a community focused church cafe next to Kings Baptist Grammar School, the first women in business expo in One Tree Hill and many more. The current initiative is a true testament to Lorelle’s ability to use her  community development and project management experience to embrace innovative solutions to age old problems.

He will also be speaking at the conference about the Art of Change Program designed to assist individuals or teams manage change using art to reflect, create and transform their futures.

My passion is to create positive changes within our communities for the appropriate treatment of women – I advocate strongly against DV. By choice I am speaking up and out on these important issues to help others that cannot. I am the Associate Partner Coordinator for this event, manager of our VIPs and will share my story. I am also very proud and honoured to be the “face” of this event.
